Covid-19 Procedures

We are working very hard to create a safe and health space for you our guests and our staff.  We have changed our operating procedures to minimize contact risk to ensure our guest feel confident during their stay.  We have developed a new set of standards that include:
 
-Handwashing and sanitizing stations are set up around the property.
-Enhanced cleaning and sanitization procedures in high touch areas.
-Ensuring our cleaning and sanitation procedures uphold current guidelines as stated by the CDC and our local health department.
-Our properties use Proctor and Gamble products (Comet, Clorox, Spic and Span, etc.) and staff has been trained in their proper uses.
-  Every guest room will be thoroughly sanitized between guest stays by our long-term, trained and dedicated housekeeping staff.
-All throw pillows and bed scarfs have been removed from guest rooms
-Changing to a 24 hour cancelation policy for all of our properties in case you need to make any changes.
-We have reduced capacity and limited hours of operations where needed.
-Our staff takes a daily health check when they report to work.
-Our staff will sanitize their hands when they report to work and are required to wash and sanitize through their shift.
-Daily room service is optional, we will not be cleaning stayovers unless requested by you the guest, fresh towels will be available upon request anytime.
While we have worked hard on the best way to operate safely this is a new learning curve.  We will be tweaking and improving our polices as we move forward and welcome any suggestions throughout your stay.
